Would any of you recommend going to Soboba near hemet,ca? I know a lot of you stoped going there because they changed to h17,but I mean, they have pretty good pen (much better than thick cutting palm springs), ds and late surrender. Is this reason enough to go there? Thoughts?

its ok i been there. theres better options. agua caliente is decent and Spa
Am I missing something here then? I know agua caliente went to h17, rsa, ds but no late surrender. This gives soboba better rules and probably around the same pen or less I am guessing. By CBJN, spa has h17 and only ds, making it a shitty game. So why would you play these over soboba? Unless you have other information...

Actually the game is worse at harrah's rincon. It's 8 decks. I don't want to spend my time backcounting 8 deck shoes. double deck mins are too high as well. You didn't tell me though. Why is agua caliente and spa better than soboba?

More tables is a fair point. But their actual game is better at soboba than harrah's 8 deckers, agua, and spa. 6 deck at Harrahs is only in the HL area. But you say there are dd tables with 10 min? What time and day of the week did you see this?

I played at Harrahs Rincon two weekdays last week. In High Limit room, Harrahs has only one 2D $50 minimum and one 6D $50 minimum running. On the main floor, there are no 6D, only 8D, plus two 2D $25 minimum. All games are H17, DA2C, DAS, RA, LS. Yes, they offer LS on 2D as well. Most dealers give decent pen.

arrando, how many 6D tables does Soboba have? And pen? Thanks.

Well they got a lot of tables, but not all of them were open. If I remember correctly, I think they had around 3 $10 min 6deckers open and 1 $5 min 6d. The rest were carnival games or double deck which is sh i tty. I noticed that pen was extremely dealer dependent. Sometimes it was around a deck cut off. Others it was 2 decks cut off. You gotta get the right dealer there. Like a lot of small indian casinos, it gets pretty smoky in there. My lung hurt afterwards, which is probably not good.

They have a non-smoking annex but there is only one pit with a few tables.

I also like playing at Soboba, they allow surrender and have lower limits. The last time I was at Agua and Spa they had $10.00 tables in the afternoon and $15.00 or more at night. I do have to admit the Soboba and its clientele are not as attractive as Spa or Agua, though, and the food is far worse.
