Default TSA threatens to make Texas a no-fly zone

The revolution has begun. Don't tread on me. zg
In ruthless act of economic warfare, TSA threatens to make Texas a no-fly zone
In what can only be called a ruthless threat of total economic warfare, the TSA has threatened to enforce an economic blockade of Texas if the state legislature passes its bill criminalizing the TSA's lewd pat-downs that have agents reaching down the pants of innocent travelers

Mike Adams: This threat is an act of economic terrorism against the state of Texas by the TSA which believes there are no limits to its growing power. It is now holding the economy of Texas hostage in order to get what it wants... namely, the power to intimidate innocent air travelers and reach down their pants at whim.

Default A Basic Freedom

Glad someone/entity is standing up for the 4th amendment!

The safety issue and air travel is an easy fix while upholding the 4th amendment!

1. Have the screening we have had in the past
2. If one fails the initial screening
3. Get a warrant from a federal judge and then go through luggage, pat downs etc. With modern technology a warrant can probably be acquired in 15 minutes.

It's not that hard to uphold the 4th amendment.

That's not the real reason. Obama is scared to death of Gov. Perry getting the Republican nomination or even being on the ticket as VP, so if any of that happens he is going to screw with Texas any way he can and let his media blame Perry for whatever happens.
