Default American Casino Guide 2010 edition

The 2010 edition is now out. Looks fairly similar to last years with a few more $25 match plays this time. Even a 2-1 blackjack coupon. Very little from the strip in Vegas, mostly out of the way casinos.
Shadroch you are our expert couponomy guy what's your opinion?

Wow, some nice additions from last year. The $25 MP at the Westin looks great .... close to the strip. $25 at the Sahara is nice too.

I predict that the Montelago one will get pulled. I know it's out of the way, but that's some pretty solid value. I wonder if the max $200 means they'll pay out up to an extra $200 (ie, $800 on a $400 BJ), or if they'll pay the 2:1 on up to the first $200 you bet (ie, $400 on a $200 BJ).

That Montelago one is incredible, but yeah, I'm sure the 2:1 caps off at $200 (ie. max bet of $100 for full payoff). The MPs seem to be similar to the 2009 one, but with most places being well off the strip, it probably decreases the value a bit. I never hear people talking about the free play coupons in this, but these are pretty valuable too. The Hooters one is a joke because the $200 can only be used on special machines that they have roped off, and even then you only get payed on a jackpot, but if you sign up for the players club card, they usually give you more free play on top of that. I probably made close to $100 on my last Vegas trip on free plays alone (and lost much more than that on MPs!).

I have four on order. Nuff said. I'm a bit puzzled by the monte Largo coupon, it's wording is a bit nebulous.
