Puerto Rico.
I saw this post about blackjack in PR. I was there this past August in San Juan with my baseball team, and decided to stop at a casino in Old San Juan....also played one at a very nice hotel (can't remember what it's called though) I'm not an experienced counter, but a man I was playing with was and was making it clear that we were all (all 6 of my teammates) making our bet value based on the count he had. ABSOLUTELY NO HEAT whatsoever. Not sure if it was because the dealers couldn't speak English, or that they just didn'tcare. I am only 19 years old, and Puerto Rico has probably one of the best blackjack tables I've seen. Double on any 2 cards, split up to 3 times, DAS, YOU PICK the PENETRATION when selecting burn card. When doubling a hand, the one card is face down, which is a lil different, but u can ask them to show u the card. When I get more experienced at card counting and use it on a daily basis, I will definately go to PR to play some BJ. Hope this helps out a little.
