Anyone here play it at the casinos?

Seems like there is no strategy, and all luck based on the cards you pull...

anyone have any advice to the game?

Yeah EV of 3% itself makes it seem like not such a terrible game, but if your not hitting the bigger hands all night, you'll be sinking like a stone, which does make it SEEM terrible.
 
Best strategy!

Here is the best strategy you can use for any game that has a high house advantage. When you sit down at the table buy in for a $100 and play to see if you are lucky or not. If you are lucky you can win alot of money with no effort on your part. If you lose that c note go back to a game that you know you can beat. Let it ride has less of he than three card and carib stud. I would only play for cover if thats what you need.

Here's a better strategy:

Flush your $100 bill down the toilet, go back to your +EV game. Less EV loss that way on a crappy game.

(This of course, is assuming you're playing LIR on the square)
