Of course, no argument a good QB makes WRs better, and vice versa. But there are exceptions, where you would say there are good QBs who put up good stats no matter what receivers they have (Manning), and good WRs with mediocre QBs. Andre Johnson came to mind. I assume Santana Moss played with a bunch of no name QBs at Washington for most of his career (Jason Campbell). Randy Moss probably played with an over the hill Moon and Cunningham. Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams in Detroit presumably played with a bunch of crappy QBs.
Speaking of Detroit, heck, you can even probably say there are RBs who put good #'s with crappy O-lines, like Barry Sanders.
