Would you play with a dealer who is high?

This has happened to me a couple of times recently- dealer is obviously high, not dealing well.

Would you stay at the table and take advantage of the mistakes likely to be made? Or does the slowness and the scrutiny with potential heat that a polluted dealer could easily bring to the table make it not worthwhile?
