for the record, I used hidemyass's paid, downloadable software, and I was able to change my ip AND login to bjinfo. don't ask me why I needed such level of anonymity.

This is valuable knowledge but also quite hilarious.....Your use of language and tense tells readers:
1. That you have been banned more than one time.
2. That you have used this "Anonymouse" back door many times ("allows me to use")
3. That you anticipate being banned again in the future. (zero use of past tense language)

Setup your own proxy on a server at home. I use a squid proxy on a Fedora server at home that only proxies for localhost, then I setup an ssh tunnel and configure my browser to use a proxy on localhost as well (which then gets forwarded through the ssh tunnel). Even if they sniff the wire, all they'll see is encrypted traffic.
