Well it isn't really a gift, but I'll tell you where you can find those 6 decks for the cheapest. Cost-co, they sell 12 deck "bricks" for 13 dollars...Bicycle brand as well, so they aren't crappy. I know more about cards than a lot of people here know about blackjack, you aren't going to find decent cards for cheaper.

The ones I bought (from a different guy on eBay) came in the original 12-deck cases and all. I bought 101 decks and have gone through about half of them.

Ugh cancelled casino cards. Nothing says garbage like drilled holes, cut corners, and black marks. I guess that doesn't matter for card counting purposes......but the though of trying to table faro a deck of corner cuts makes me cringe.

x2. Second hand cards are fine for playing, practicing counting. If you want the cards for practicing TC estimations (or other reasons to estimate how many cards are grabbed at once) I would recommend using new cards. Any cards that have had holes drilled in them or the corners cut off will have small burs in them that will add up to inaccuracy in your estimations.
