You must wager the bonus through 3 times before withdrawing. Although the rules specify that the wagerthrough must be in the sportsbook, I have been assured that 3x wagerthrough in the casino is fine as well. A minimum of $5 rebate must be earned to be eligible. They don't specify a maximum, but I would ask first if you plan to hit this hard.
