Gun Lake Casino (Wayland, MI) opens Feb 11

Patchak is for sure a front man for competing casino interests, Paddy, remember what I was told by a high up casino official?

Firekeepers and Four Winds faced the same problems and in the case of Four Winds it was the Blue Chip that paid a small group millions if they could stall the FW casino up to a certain date,,they did. What a bunch of A-Holes!:whip:

Anybody hear anything else about the attempt to get the Bay Mills casino in Vanderbilt shut down?

The Natives are angry and I doubt BM is going to retreat.

Also I believe Gov. Snyder feels that casinos are good business for the state, as they are.

Is there something wrong with that? What are you trying to say? :)
I think he's trying to say that they all wear wooden shoes, go to church 3 times on Sunday, burn down abortion clinics and use risk-adverse indices.

Bunky knows, if he says 21, bank on it.;)

Not a bad move on the casinos part, it is a responsible thing to do for the community, I applaud it.

Haha risk-adverse indices... love it!
Is this a joke? I hope. There is certainly nothing wrong with RA indices. They very well should be every AP's preferred route, as they maximize SCORE. One that understands SCORE would certainly know that they should be working to maximize SCORE, not EV.

Southpaw...you either need a lesson in humor or West Michigan demographics. I'm not sure which. ;)

I understood the original context of your joke about Western MI's conservative nature. However, the way it was clumped together with a few other absurd (by the average person's standards) practices made it a bit questionable. Hence, the phrase, "Is this a joke?" I guess I should have been more clear as to the lack of sarcasm put in that question.
