Aruba Casinos

Long rumored to be dishonest, the casinos of Aruba ought to be avoided.

It is also a dreadful vacation spot — as it has NO flavor of being a foreign country;

and no landscape worth noting. All tourists and very high prices. Looks like Florida.

I actually do like Florida, especially Southwest FL and the Keys.

BUT, when in a foreign country I prefer to leave MY culture behind.

I tried the Jersey Shore a couple of years ago--boy did it seem like a different country!!:grin: This time, thought I try a place more like home! :cool:

I know the rules aren't the best, but do you have more specifics on the "rumors of being dishonest?"

Appreciate the help. p

This is going to sound weird, but I've always wanted to play in a casino where I knew for a fact that the current game being dealt was dishonest. Now I'd only flat bet the minimum a half hour or so just for the experience. :devil: Of course, I wouldn't want this on any sort of regular basis or for it to be done when I think the game is fair haha.

Put your money in ALMOST any slot machine and you'll have the same effect. :laugh:

The BJ isn't worth it, but there are a lot of holecarding opportunities on the carnival games.

When I went there, I holecarded long enough to pay for my trip and stopped. I do not know what happens when you get caught holecarding in Aruba. But I suspect it isn't the same thing that happens when you are a judge's son and you kill a girl you meet in a bar. The authorities there are corrupt.
