Damian's CIPHER WARNING -VIDEO

Apparently 'Damian' is one of the managers of the "Online Player's Union". It appears that CIPHER weaseled his way into that organization as a "BJ Expert Extraordinaire" and may have taken "investments" from several neophytes there. zg

Yes. I think Cipher got some credit for the Pirate fiasco.

Pirate won better than a million from the Hamptons. The Hamptons refused to pay him. The Pirate went to the CasinoMeister for help. CasinoMesiter is the big dog when it comes to Casino Watchdogs. The Hamptons duped CasinoMeister by sending him edited tapes that Pirate had confessed to wrong doing.

What wrong doing? Haptons said Pirate used a robot. The games where negative EV so a robot would have made zilch difference, but that was their story. And a robot would have violated the terms and conditions of the site. It was untrue in any event.

It seems after CasinoMeister was duped, Cipher took on the Pirates case as a Player's advocate. Reportedly, he got the Pirate paid and that earned him a rep in the online world.

Casinomeister had banned Cipher from his site at one time. Later he let him return and it might be he had some standing as a player's advocate. So I am not surprised that he turned up at the OPU.

There is a real difference between online sites and sites like this one. Online sites really focus on getting players paid. Online casinos are bad about writing tricky terms or changing them or outright refusing payment. There is little focus on gaming knowledge.

I remember forever Cipher going on about his strands but I didn't really realize till recently that he was selling the "system". I have since been to his sight and looked at his video's. They are labeled Blackjackinfo.com care packages. Pretty funny stuff.

I wouldn't necessarily take the "reportedly" bit too much at face value.

Any updates on the progess of the Cipher accusations?
Posted yesterday (link below):

"The OPU [Online Players Union] has contacted several people on this matter, Namely which has been posted before in this thread, the Dep. DA of Visalia. He is investigating this crook. It is now out of our hands and in the hands of the justice system. We have removed Ciphers forum and will not allow it to return. Those that are involved either will be contacted or can contact the DA on this matter. I will not post the DA's information in open forum, because we don't want unnecessary contact to prolong this case. The wheels of justice are turning and yes we want them to turn faster but as I said it is now out of our hands."

At the time this was an ongoing situation, I was on the phone with Cipher on a regular basis.
We were "friends" at this particular point.
The way I understand it, Cipher supplied the attorneys and the wherewith all to get the Pirate paid.
At one point in time, there where papers that needed Pirates signatures. I had lived in Staten Island New York and the Pirate lived in ( I'm pretty sure) in East Meadow, Long Island. That's about an hour drive.
Cipher had given me his name and address and asked me to hand deliver the papers to him. I assume to be a witness to his signature. I was reluctant about getting involved.
As it turned out, that never happened.
When I asked Cipher about the deal that was made he refused to tell me because of a clause in the contract.
BUT, I do know that he was VERY happy about his "FEE" for settling this.
That too, he refused to tell me.
So, his "KIND HEART" is in his wallet.

any new info about the cIPHER?
Well, someone posted all the details of his scam on his website several days ago and he hasn't deleted the posts yet. I guess that means he's not updating his website (despite the fact that he has supposedly been logged in constantly for the past 5 days).
