Worst insult I've heard toward a dealer

#1
About an incompetent Asian dealer: "She's not Chinese, she's a mongoloid."

(He may have been correct. In older anthropology books the race of people in Asia east of the Himalayas is indeed called Mongoloid, they share the planet with Caucasoids and Negroids, but I'd have to bet he didn't mean it in that sense.)

Quite correct. Mongolians were once called Mongoloids. In fact I'm not sure that label has actually been retired.

I don't know about towards a dealer but last night one of the dealers called my buddy a retard all night.

It was all in good fun, and somehow the "retard" walked away with double what the rest of us walked away with.

A ploppy once told me that my hit to a twelve against a two was the dumbest move he'd ever seen.

I told him, "I'd argue the point with you, but it's not sporting to have a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent."

From Wikipedia --
The concept originated with a now disputed typological method of racial classification.[43][44] All the -oid racial terms (e.g. Mongoloid, Caucasoid, Negroid, etc.) are now often controversial in both technical and non-technical contexts and may sometimes give offense no matter how they are used.[45] This is especially true of "Mongoloid" because it has also been used as a synonym for persons with Down Syndrome[46]. A shortened version of the term, "mong" or "mongo", is also used in the United Kingdom, mainly Scotland. Contrary to popular beliefs, Mongoloid refers to diverse ethnical groups, and not of a homogeneous group.

Since people with Down syndrome may have epicanthic folds, the condition was widely called "Mongol" or "Mongoloid Idiocy".[47] John Langdon Down, for whom the syndrome was named, claimed in his book Observations on the Ethnic Classification of Idiots (1866), that the Mongol-like features represented an evolutionary degeneration when manifested in Caucasoids. The use of the term "Mongoloid" in a racial or medical context has therefore acquired negative connotations because of the connection with this racist view of the condition.

Does this count as an insult toward a dealer?:

ran into one of my favorite dealers playing BJ at another casino. very attractive lady. she told me to stop playing 2 hands because it messes up the flow and she knows this from 15 years dealer experience. I told her it does not "mess up the flow" and I know this because unlike her, I actually win money.

too gorgeous of a lady. She asked to borrow $200 for BJ that night, and I gladly gave it to her to lose.

See I would have told her "You shouldn't talk to men about your flow."

I heard someone call a lesser individual a llama, he proceeded to elaborate and say, "Yah, yah, yah, a sick llama! A dying llama!..." very peculiar, but very entertaining, otherwise I myself like to use my personal favorite, being a limey, calling silly or odd ones, Muppets.

I like the first part of your answer, I think it is really more degrading than the "Llama". You refered to the person a "Lesser individual" I had to smile, I think that would worst insult.

Onto a female dealer who got a 5 card 21, a player who got wiped out started shouting "She is ridiculous, I have not seen like this kind of bull**it" and kept repeating the same thing to his girlfriend while moving away from the table. Dealer was trained to deal this situation - at least it seems, she kept calm. I told her she should complain about this patron, he cannot talk like this and gotta treat her with respect. She said she has heard worst before.

Actually pretty tame. F-bombs abound sometimes. Most casinos aren't necessarily catering to a "high class" clientèle are they??

It's very dependent on how you use the word and who you say it to. Cussing another player is usually taboo. Right behind that is cussing at staff. But you can cuss yourself all you want, just yell "F me" if you feel you need to cuss. I've never seen anyone taken out of a game for generalized foul language that isn't directly provoking any person.

Not a dig on dealers, but on the topic of cursing. On a recent table I had a "bad beat" in a hand. Under my breath I said "f**k". The elderly woman next to me, obviously upset for what I said, asked me what I had said. Not wanting to upset her more I told her "it starts with F and rhymes with uck". I think she may have peed a little she was laughing so hard. They stopped the game for a bit because the dealer was also laughing. I didn't think it was that funny.

I didn't actually witness this one, but there was a certain whale from Little Rock with the initials D.C., who used to frequent the Silver Star in Mississippi, to the tune of millions of dollars per year. This jackazz used to terrorize the dealers to no end. It reached the climax when he told one of the dealers "I could have you killed!". This little old lady dealer looked him square in the eye & said "I work for a CASINO. Who do you think could have WHO killed?"

Anyway; the casino finally barred him after that one. Although Chief Martin turned that tribe from total poverty to great riches, I'm not all that sure that he made the right decision by booting THIS guy.
