GoldenPalace.com gives you a good bonus, but makes you jump through a couple hoops to cash out.

Starluck and Planetluck both give good bonuses, but recently increased their playthough requirements.

My suggestion, check out The List at casinobonuswhore.com (it's the list I'm going through now). Chose the best time/bonus ratio for you.

Oh, and if you haven't already done so, open a Neteller account. That can take up to a week to hook into your checking account. (Pain in the ass, but worth it in the end). AND get them to send you the Neteller card. Withdrawing from NT can take up to 3 business days. If you use their propritary ATM card, you get it in a couple hours (though you do have to pay $2 to them, and I guess another $1.50 to your bank for using a foriegn ATM card). But it's cheaper than the $25 most places charge for a FedEx.

I'll second that neteller is the greatest, but I don't see a need for the card, have no problem waiting for ACH transfer into my bank account (if your bank is in romania, things might be tougher)

I asked about country because most persons on this forum are likely from the US, and the casinos listed by other posters in this thread do not allow US players. The casinos I'd recommend varies greatly depending on whether you are:

1. Outside US
2. In US, but outside the 11 states
3. In one of the 11 states (I know this is not the case since you played at some of the Microgamings).

I also live in California (San Diego area), so I am quite familiar with situation for CA residents. The casinos that were mentioned earlier -- Golden Palace, Starluck, and Planetluck -- do not allow CA residents.

Most of the best available bonuses are Microgaming Clearplay/eZ bonuses. You can read more about them, including average gain with various strategies, at http://www.beatingbonuses.com/clearplay.htm . In my opinion, the 10 best reputable bonuses that are available are:

1. Lucky Nugget -- 400% Clearplay up to $200
2. All Jackpots -- 450% Clearplay up to $225
3. Vegas Palms -- 400% Clearplay up to $200
4. Yukon Gold -- Riskless 100% of loss refund up to $50
5. 7 Sultans -- $500 Freeplay with up to $200 bonus winnings
6. Casino Classic -- $500 Freeplay with up to $200 bonus winnings
7. Blackjack Ballroom -- $500 Freeplay with up to $200 bonus winnings
8. Captain Cooks -- $500 Freeplay with up to $200 bonus winnings
9. All Slots -- 350% Clearplay up to $175
10. First Web -- 400% Clearplay up to $100

Among these casinos, I expect Belle Rock group to pay the fastest, usually 1-2 days. Casino Rewards and Fortune Lounge groups should be on the order of three days. Jackpot Factory group has been having some issues recently, and is unpredictable. I had a Jackpot Factory cashout on Saturday that arrived 3 days later; but a few people have had much longer delays for inconsistent reasons.

Among non-MG/Clearplay bonuses, the reputable sites with the best bonuses tend to be the ones that do not allow US players. A noteworthy exception to this generalization is Golden Casino. It is not as reputable and does not have as fast cashouts as most of the MGs; but better than the Parlays, Powerbet group, or Virtual group.

The link in my signature gives a more complete list and more detail. Be sure to read the Casino Rewards and Fortune Lounge warnings about claiming multiple bonuses in these groups without non-bonus play in between.

also note that some former neteller executives were arrested a few days ago, so you might want to consider getting another e-wallet. neteller has always been reliable, but i doubt a us person would be able to use it much longer.
also @aka23, since you are clearly the authority on this, can you please explain to scotth why the EV from a bonus is directly related to your bet size.

The typical Mircogaming bonus system is often called Clearplay or eZ bonus. You are given the bonus immediately. Your account balance is split into a bonus balance and a cash balance. Under standard implementation, you can withdraw the cash balance at any point, whether you have met wagering requirements or not. You cannot withdraw the bonus balance. Instead, as you meet wagering requirements, the bonus balance is incrementally converted to your cash balance. All games are allowed and count towards wagering; but low house egde games are weighted poorly, resulting in a much larger wagering requirement.

Some Microgaming casinos offer a Free Play sign up bonus. After signing up, the casino starts you off with a balance in your account, often $500. This balance is given without making a deposit at the casino. You have a period of time (often 1 hour) to play a limited selection of games in a flash-like version of the casino. Winnings are given as a Clearplay bonus with your first deposit. There is a maximum amount of winnings listed in the T&C that varies from one casino to the next.

For example, the Casino Classic bonus is a $500 Freeplay with up to $200 bonus winnings. If you can increase the initial $500 to $700, then your $200 in winnings will be given as a Clearplay bonus with your first deposit. If you deposit the minimum of $20, then the $200 is a 1000% bonus. So after making the $20 deposit, your balance should so a cash balance of $20 and a bonus balance of $200. You can bet all $220, but you can initially only cash out $20. As you meet the playthrough, the $200 bonus will be converted to your cash balance in $10 increments.

It depends on the type of bonus. If you are playing a cashable bonus with a low risk of busting prior to completing the wagering requirement; then the EV of the bonus will be approximately the same with different bet sizes. Instead bet size influences the variance of final return and risk of busting.

If you are using a large enough bet size such that there is a good chance of busting early on in the wagering requirement, then bet size can have a more significant influence on EV. An obvious example would be betting your fulll balance (bonus + cash) on a single bet prior to completing the playthrough. If the bet was a fair coin toss, then the change in EV could be approximated as: (New EV)/Bonus = Average of (Old EV)/Bonus and 100%.

For non-cashable/sticky bonuses (or Clearplay bonuses that are cashed out without completing wagering), the effect of bet size and risk of busting is more dramatic. With small bets and minimal variance, EV is very low. With large bets and high variance, EV will be higher.

"You have a period of time (often 1 hour) to play a limited selection of games in a flash-like version of the casino. "

I see that they often limit the types of games you can play during this hour.

What kind of Blackjack variations do they typically offer?

(Curious, so that I can brush up on those particular variations before taking on their offer.)
