The 200:1 accounts for only about 1/10 of the EV. The 1000:1 pay out only accounts for about 1/16 of the EV.

I've never seen an aggregate this low. Usually it's $15k-25k

I've seen several joints that limit it to $5-$10k. But again it's no big deal, since that only limits the 1000:1 pay off - which is real small EV because of extremely low frequency.

Don't know about over $25 but definitely some places that let you play with 3+ hands.
