Does anyone experience heat in Sugarhouse? I had a couple trips there but doesn't really feel the heat. My session has been relatively short. If you have sensitive info, please pm me.

Are you talking about the location or the game?

I am interested in the game condition, specifically the heat people have experienced there. Thanks.

I've only been in here once so opinion is admittedly based on limited information. I did not feel any heat but do not like the conditions. The pen was poor on the 6D games 60-70% average during the 4 hours of the shift that I was in there, and the 8D games didn't look much better. The dealers are obviously being coached hard to cut it by the book; as they were all lining the deck up next to the shoe and using the mark on the shoe as the reference as if it were the law. No need to put heat on anyone with that poor of pen.

Your post tells me that you go here fairly often so you likely know more than me about it. Hopefully I just caught a bad shift and the pen is typically better. I'll try again but based on what I saw, I'm not real excited about this store.

Also, this place may have the worst/most obnoxious ploppies on the East Coast. I've never seen people get so upset over a player surrendering a hand. On the plus side, it's a good way to get people to leave your game because they really believe that by surrendering you have completely ruined the remainder of the shoe. Finally, as far as the surroundings go, the bum urinating on the electrical box across the street from the casino as I pulled in was a nice touch.

Taking a guess, but this was a little whiles back?

Early on in the PA casinos, whenever someone surrendered, ploppies would freak out, screeching, jumping up and down, running madly around in circles, flinging their feces like apes who just spotted a jaguar.

It used to be only old grandpas surrendered, but lately it seems to have evolved, recent case in point, see young chicks surrendering now. Never would have seen that last year.

Be glad you are not a public figure with colorful metaphors like the ape and the jaguar.

Actually this was more recently. 3 ploppies "wonged out" of the rest of the shoe because I surrendered 2 hands in a row and therefore "ruined the rest of the shoe". They were yelling and swearing at me on the first one and when I did it again on the very next hand they had had enough. I was at a decent count so I was glad they left the game, unfortunately I only had 3 more hands till the cut card came.

Play here very very often. Yes the "patrons" are a little ruff and the place is a rathole BUT they really do have the BEST game in the STATE of PA and I have seen them all. They offer Poorly trained and lazy dealers who over pay and miscount and cut off one deck or less out of six most times as they don't like to shuffle = +++EV, Pit bosses who could give a crap about the games as long as they can GET you a players card, and they are still using a 3 ring binder with pics to identify AP's, EASY comps for food and free gifts every week etc. Really whats not to like??? LMAO.

You're greatly underestimating their surveillance capabilities.

Admittedly, I've only been to SHC once but to make such a bold statement I don't think you've "seen them all" because there are better games. This place only had 2 6D tables open on a weekend afternoon and both are NMSE.

Please pray tell where the "better games in PA are" as I HAVE been to every PA casino multiple time over the past year and would love to be enlightened.

You should be the expert since you have made the rounds. What is your opinion?

He already stated his preference in his earlier post

Everyone is entitled to his own opinion.

I would like to hear some details about bans happened in SHC. What was the spread? PM if the info is sensitive. Thanks.
