what KO customizations do you use for 2 deck?

k o starting point

I start my count at sixteen. At twenty one I raise my bet and so on up to twenty four when you would reach the pivot point. Insurance would be twenty three. Starting at sixteen should allow you to avoid negative numbers easily. If you play any of the index plays just move them to correspond with the starting count.

I like Fred Renzey's 100 based counting approach. See his Bluebook II pages 198-199...this has helped me immensely with dealing with negative numbers. He presents it for a balanced count, but it works equally well for KO. You just need to remember that "85" really means a RC of -15. Using this approach, you don't have to change the KO numbers at all.
