Just got back from first trip to Tunica and Vicksburg. If you have never been to Tunica the layout of the Casinos is way different than any other gambling area I have been too. The casinos are not all next to each other. The casinos are all on farmland. It is pretty much a big gambling Theme park with directions to the casinos. The farmland and country expierence I found to be a nice change from the city or town. Hollywood, Samstown and Resorts are together within walking distance. Grand is by itself I would recommend not staying at the Grand. I only had time to play 4 casinos. It was only place that I got any heat from at all. If you do decided to play their go straight to the DD or shoe games it does not have a single playable SD game in the house. The 6:5 Sd game might be better than their normal game if you are CC. Their SD game with H17 is terrible worst pen for SD I have ever coem across. For 4 people playing they deal two rounds. If table has 5 people they shuffle up after every round!! Fitzgerald was my favorite place to play. The dealers keep their tokes and had decent pen. Last thing they do have a shuttle service for 2$ that takes you to different casinos. I found it faster to drive to different ones. Really easy to find all casinos since they had plenty of road signs telling you which way to go.

Vicksburg only bothered with the SD games. I actually liked the casinos playing conditions much better than the casinos I went to in Tunica.

Tunica is waaaay different than anywhere else you'll gamble. Riding between the the casinos on the shuttle is kind of like riding the bus to prison...not that I'd know about that. But I do know the shuttle is to be avoided! Especially at driver's break time! I lost an hour and a half of prime gambling time trying to get from the Grand to Hollywood at break time for the drivers on the shuttle. You're much better off driving it.

Stay at the Grand, play somewhere else. Fitzgerald's, Hollywood, Sam's Town or Goldstrike.
