If you have a Club Grazie account, time to call 866-312-0009 and see if you are eligible for their latest promotion. I just booked four nights in a suite for late October... el freebo.

Yep,
I got my promotion about 2 months ago and booked 4 nights at the Pallazo for the end of October area. The suites there are nice :joker:

Barring something strange I arrive on the 27th and leave the 31st. If you are in the neighborhood, let's meet up for a drink. :)

They gave me a Venetian package, not Palazzo... but I am sure it will be nice as well.

I will be there 29th, 30th, and 31st. I will also be staying at a few other hotels. My wife and I will be out there for about 9-10 days. Drop me a message. I would love to hang out.

that is ambiguous statement.

are you saying "us" as in the community or just to you?

I've seen before/was aware of very nice Venetian offers. free nights, free slot play, bonus cash, match plays etc.

Clarification

I do not mean to be vague or cryptic. I trust that this reply will clarify the matter.

I said: "Venetian / Palazzo has no offerings that are of value to us."

"offerings" means exploitable games.

"us" means advantage players.

Ploppies Paradise

You said: "What if you are a Ploppie ?"

Once again I need to apologize.

I'm a serious advantage player; and I made the error of viewing the posts from that perspective,

The better center-strip properties are certainly Ploppy Paradises.

I think the word you are looking for is ploppies not floppies. I don't know what a floppies is maybe you can explain it to us. Feel free.

It was an intentional misspelling of ploppie, but if you want to know about floppies:
It is the plural for FLOP:

Flop
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Flop, a slang term for failure

Venetian / Palazzo

InPlay asks: "Have you stayed there before ? Tell us what it like."

I stayed at The Venetian for six days in the Spring.

It is upscale. It is fancy. It is pretty. It has an assortment of beautiful well-to-do people. I found it somewhat 'stuffy' compared to more party-oriented pleasure palaces.

The crowd is not as young as The Palms, Planet Hollywood, or Hard Rock.
But the crowd there is younger than at most properties. Perhaps it is on a par with the Rio or Caesars Palace re: the demographics.

Their website is fairly informative:

What I was refering to was what you said "Ploppy Paradises". Since you have stayed there a place know as "Ploppy Paradises," I will assume you are a Ploppy is that an accurate assumption ?

Atlantic City is in New Jersey, nicknamed The Garden State. Does that make me a Gardener if I drive down the Garden State Parkway?

I am purely an advantage player, which brings me full circle, back to my original post. The Venetian offers very poor BJ game conditions which can be effortlessly avoided by playing elsewhere. In the old days we called places like that "Burn Joints". Why anyone would choose to put their Benjamins on the felt in such a place would mystify me - if I didn't understand that most players fail to distinguish good games from bad games.

Venetian and Palazzo have playable games, not the best but playable.

You can also Wong shoe and DD games.

The fact of the matter, staying there for free. No required level of play this time. That makes it the best hotel/casino on the strip for those few days. Where else do you get over $1,000 worth of free nights with no play requirements or strings attached??? ROR is low :joker::cool:
