hello Topher-
I agree with Syph wholeheartedly. I've been using KISS III for years and it definitely gets the $$$. Also, I use a few of the most common index plays and insurance of course. Consider this: all the well known teams-very serious people-use hi-lo. Good cards!:joker:

Hi Gramazeka-
Your english is fine. I, like Syph am a big believer in keeping this game as simple as possible. The Thorp Ultimate Count has a betting efficiency of 100% and a playing efficiency of 53%-and it's 100% unusable! I have 3 reasons why I go to the casino: 1. to win $
2. to win $
3. to win $
If using a 2,3,or more level count with Ace side counts floats ones' boat-great go for it! All I want is to get the $ and leave. KISS III has done that for me again and again. Good cards!:joker:

A development such as this may possibly be enough to piss off the good humor man.
I'm afraid that the modern world put him out of business, as well. Oh, there's still a few around, but I suppose there will always be a few shoe games around, too.

Will CSM spell the demise of the single and double deck games?

Change is one thing you can count on.

My friend took his wife and two kids to a show in Manhattan. $125 each for admission, parking and dinner. Total bill: around $800,

His friend offered him his booth for one day at a Yankees' game. Cost: $1,700. After that I guess the $8 cokes and $8 hot dogs seem cheap.

My first baseball game was at Griffin Stadium on kids day, circa 1950, 25 cents for bleacher seats. Regular days were 50 cents. I wonder why attendance has gone down? I wonder if the demand for blackjack will go down as they make the games foolproof and unbeatable? You think?

It never ceases to amaze me that at Charles Town, the bj tables at $25 minimum are waiting room only. Of course they don't have them all open. But you would think that $25 min tables would burn out a lot of ploppies real fast. They just keep coming. Courtesy of a huge DC metropolitan area population with no other nearby gaming. In the end, they'll stop coming. You can bet your home-delivered good humor on it.
