When I visit Vegas, I usually stay time share for 7 days and 2 days free at planet hollywood. It doesn't take all that much play at the blackjack table at ph to earn enough respect for a free room or two. For a while they were giving me one free and one half price. Now it's two free.
The games are not too hateful, 6-deck as I recall with variable pen, sometimes not too shabby--I've always been able to beat them, but not as well as some of the better double deck games around town.
They also throw in $50 in food comps, includiing the best buffet in Vegas IMO [especially the breakfast buffet chimes in my wife], $50 in slot play or match play, and a round trip airline ticket for $19 when accompanied by another passenger (if you ask for it).
It's a great location walking or driving--the only thing I don't like is that the public parking is a long walk through the Desert Passage shopping mall adjoining the casino. Of course, you can always spring for the valet parking, which may take just as long waiting as your walk to the public parking. The only time I use the valet is checking in and checking out so I don't have far to go with the baggage.
I usually navigate Vegas by car, so even though the Bellagio is across the street, I often go there via their public parking, a right turn off Flamingo after crossing Rt. 15, but before you reach Las Vegas boulevard. From planet hollywood you'd go south to tropicana, tropicana to rt 15 to flamingo exit to Bellagio.
