How much do these "Aces" add to EV?

#1
These are from various video blackjack machines, typically single deck, shuffle after every round, etc.

Case one:
If dealt a pair of aces, you win an $100 on $8 wager as a bonus.

Case two:
If you split a pair of aces (split once and each ace receives one card) and if you catch any ten-value card, then your hand is a black and pays 3:2 rather than 1:1.

Any help will be appreciated.

The first case doesn't make sense because giving a 12.5 to 1 bonus on AA in 1D puts the player EV at over 5%

For case 2 I get an added EV of 0.16% for single deck.
