Playing Efficiency

#1
I simply have a question: how do I calculate the playing efficiency in blackjack?
I'm currently working on a math project where I'm comparing the Hi-Lo and Uston SS counting systems, and this would be rather relevant.

I would really appreciate some help:)

bump.

It seems Sonny's answer is for calculating the "Betting Correlation".

Does anyone know how to calculate PE of a counting system? Or can someone at least give me a quantitative definition of Playing Efficiency?

I would be careful about this... Playing efficiency is best related to single or double-deck games. Betting/Playing correlations are primarily and more accurately suited for shoe-dealt games of 4 or more decks. In fact some of the highest PE's use level 2 or 3 counts. One of the differences by way of example is the comparison of Hi/Lo vs. Uston APC (or APM): the former is horrible at PE(and Ins) and excellant at BC, Uston's are much better at PE and Ins. while being of acceptable BC.

This being a bump, I'll keep it short.
