I was playing at a casino not too long ago when I kid you not, the dealer tried taking my money when I pushed or won, not once, not twice, but THREE times! This was at an AC casino btw. How much do you tolerate before you have a word with the floor?

There is no way that this dealer was intentionally trying to cheat you. A cheater will not keep trying to cheat after he's been caught ONCE, let alone twice. No; what you've encountered is a dealer who's prone to mistakes, not all that rare in the industry.

You've actually stumbled upon a rather lucrative situation for low-stakes play. If you play at this dealer's table LONG enough, you'll find that in the long run the mistakes will be in YOUR favor just as often as they won't. When in your favor; you keep your mouth shut. When against you; just politely correct the dealer and laugh it off.

As a matter of fact; I've found that playing a tip for this dealer once in a while oftentimes triggers a subconscious desire in him to WANT you to win, which sometimes will result in an increased frequency of mistakes in your favor.

The funny thing was he didn't make any mistakes with other players.... Also there were no favorable mistakes he made with me. Moreover, this was in a period of only like an hour. That's why I was starting to get very suspicious. Quite rare to say the least but yeah I'll have to see if this reverses itself. I know I had a dealer on the last trip who paid me even though I had 25!!! He for whatever reason didn't think I had busted and just skipped onto the next player.

Some dealers get into a zone that seems to draw them to the edge of stupid. The mental block is hard to come out of because you are the trigger. I have had dealers do this to me before and I jokingly call them grabby or stingy and tell them wait for a tip don't grab it. Yes it can be used to an advantage when they start not taking losses and paying pushs because the befuddlement increases until they take their break.

Dealer Error

That seems like a lot of errors. I wouldn't suspect cheating, but would sure as hell watch the payouts like a hawk. Id say dealers make a payout error every 5 hours or so on average.

I hate it when the dealer makes an error in your favor, pays you, and then another player corrects them. This has happened to me twice recently. Got dealt a blackjack in a high count and asked for even money on an $80 bet. Dealer pays sets out $120 and I begin to scoop i up when someone mentions that should have been $80 not $120. The other one was funny. Dealer has a 7 up and flips a king. Hits his hard 17 and and draws a 7. Starts to pay out the table and some guy starts making fun of him saying things like "who the hell hits hard 17?" I think we both pushed when it was corrected. It may have actually been a +EV move for the guy because he sure seemed to place a lot of value on making fun of the dealer. For the next hour it was all he talked about.

Dealer correction etiquette

Dealers make mistakes. You have to correct them should they take your money when they shouldn't.
Should they pay you on a loss or push, it's better for the dealer if you say nothing. If the pit or eye see it, a correction will come from them.
Everytime the dealer is corrected he has to notify his supervisor of an error neither the supervisor or surveillance caught. It then goes on the nightly report that a losing hand was paid. By not correcting the dealer you get paid and he stays out of trouble.
NEVER correct a dealer on someone elses hand. NEVER.

some bitch tried to mispay me 3 times in like 1 shoe (never in my favor), and i started giving her dirty looks after the 3rd time every time i lost until i left. It's one thing if the mispays are both ways, but always in the house's favor?
