Dont waste your time looking for it, you'll probably never find it. There is a decent pdf file floating around on the internet if you can get lucky enough to find it. All the indices you need are in CVData, on this site if you search it out, or on Green Chip (bj21.com).

There is plenty of published info on the two sites to help you with the ASC's, alternative side counts, and how to adjust your RC accordingly for the side counts.

Search and ye shall findith.
