Just saying this guy is just trying to give helpful info for those who must play in AC.
I understand and Tico seems like a nice guy who is just trying to be a help, but Maz, from what I know, has probably forgotten more about the game of blackjack than I have learned thus far in my entire career. I, for one, heed his advice when given, until proven false. And this public forum is not the place to prove information about games true or false. I am sure Tico would not share any information about any really good game here on BJINFO, and he should not, so just the same he should not be hyping these other less than ideal games, although I know he means well.

Tico,

So I could see how one could win $1 M from __or__ta, but how could anyone win anything from _____s___s??? That place has like the worse pen ever and they sweat anything that walks by... Must be better in High Limits -- how much was he playing a hand/spreading?

Must be a REALLY "smart" guy to win that much from that shop! Anyone we know, Tico? :cool2:

Did he do it in just one session or many?
Latest info: The winner was a Korean guy who had bet BIG CHIPS right through 3 shifts in the HR pit. I'll let you guys know more details when I find out more. By the way, one of our regular chatter had beat the Paranoid Casino $80,000 during one of his lucky session...Hmm... that why that casino has ever been paranoid :laugh::laugh:

Tico,

I realized that I may have misinterpreted the ___s___s shop, as there are 2 that fit those letters... however, after putting 2 and 2 together, I most likely thought of the wrong one, while now, I think the shop where the Korean dude won 4M was most likely the non-motivated 90-day joint, not the one I originally had in mind... :whip:

Thanks,

M.

MS, your first guess was right on. Your 2nd pick casino was too small to absorb that kind of bj losses;).

Update...
It's raining right now in AC, but the icy conditions in the northern Tri-State Area have forced some gamblers to stay home. Casinos are really slow right now. It's so slow in bj pits that I can spot a few APs easily .

Tico

Maybe Maz is right, that Tico is a casino employee. We had one posting a year or so ago when the DD hit AC, Italian handle I think, nice guy, but casino insider for sure.

It really doesn't matter, it is sort of fun and interesting, as the younger set say, "It's all good"

But ya, Tico works for a casino, IMHO.:)

Albee something or other was posting about the AC DD game last year. He got offended when accused of being a casino insider and stopped posting, but yet he had info that only such a person would have. I believe he posted an image of the casino in question's managements handbook.

So you think Tico is albee?

Albenzio I believe, similar posting styles.

CP, Night Owl, Jason, etc...

Are we playing a game of mud-slinging like politicians:grin:, or worst... a game of witch-hunt for a casino-employee... a la MaCarthy style:grin:?

OK Guys, I've my fun & attempted to be helpful in sharing decent games with you guys. My goal was to save you guys' legwork & to keep you guys informed of what's going on within AC casinos. Now you guys have employed the dirty tricks to run me out of here. First was MAZ, then he backed off of his accusation. Now CP, Night Owl, Jason, etc...have kept on of accusing me of being a blood-sucking-casino-employee. Bring it on guys. Who else wants to point his dirty fingers at me? Come on... don't be bashful... I want to known who are my enemies, and who are my friends. BRING IT ON GUYS & keep this forum alive and well..:laugh::laugh::laugh:!

I didn't accuse anyone of anything! Just agreeing that your style and MO seem similar. Now albenzio, I believe was a casino employee, former employee or spouse, family member or friend of a casino employee. He posted material from the casino management handbook, for god sakes! So if you are admitting to being abenzio then yes I believe you to have inside information. Otherwise, I am just agreeing with my perceptive comrades that your style is eriely similar.

That's it. Albenzio. And he only wanted to talk about one topic. A certain AC store's DD game.
No, it was Abenzio, not Albee, not Albenzio. Check out his posts-- they are not entirely devoted to Hilton DD. But you may be right. I don't know. If any information he or Tico gives is helpful, I am grateful, whether or not they work for a casino. So far, neither have been helpful to me. I always try to be guarded in what I share here. I don't even know if Exhibit CAA is who he says he is, but I sure like his stories, and if he isn't, he should be. :p

I don't get it.. why would a casino employee post info about good bj games? To attract APs and profile them?

At least I did benefit from one good game Tico pointed out saving my walk-a-thon across boardwalk.

It's a good rule of thumb not to share any information valuable to AP play with another poster with whom you are not entirely comfortable. I have had many posters contact me by PM for information about some upcoming trip, but I have to say, unless I feel sure about them, I do not tell them anything. Also, I ask others on the Forum whether or not they know the person and would feel comfortable sharing with them. People are making their living from AP play, so it's not wise to spill the beans about any particular venue one may come across, which could in effect be robbing someone of their livelihood. Except for the general BS, one should keep information about particular casinos to himself and his trusted friends.

As far as the present case, I don't have a clue if Tico is for real or not. Seems like he just wants to be a good guy and help his real or imagined online friends. As long as we approach everyone in the Forum with the same caution, we have nothing to fear from casino employees. In fact, I know for sure that some casino employees are counters themselves, and play in other casinos from where they work. Also, I imagine most of us have played against a dealer who was sympathetic to counters, giving good pen against house policy. These dealers are likely APs themselves, and their job is just a job.

Just don't get lulled into putting yourself or any other counter in jeopardy of discovery, or any really lucrative AP spot. These things should be sacred to all of us.

Hey bjCC, thanks for your above reply. At least I know you're my grateful friend, not foe. bjCC, I were a casino employee/catcher, I would easily ID most of you guys., i.e, some of APs have stuck out like a sore thumb such as:

1) jumping a bet from $25 to $1,000,
2) backcounting as if they have had a NEON SIGN: "I'M A BACKCOUNTER!"
3) sitting out so frequently during negative counts...it's so easily to ID an AP,
4) holding 2 spots, and only betting 1 spot until the counts go positive,
5) etc...

So be smart; don't do the above stupid things. It's commonsense, but not many APs have it

A lesson can be learned to guard against Nazi trick: Nazis lie, lie, lie...when they lie so much, and people believe their repeated lies, and believe that our Jewish friends are bad. Likewise, a fistful of posters repeatedly have accused me of being a blood sucking casino employee... Unfortunately some
other posters will believe their lies... like the Nazis had done to our Jewish friends. When lies are repeated so much, they become Gospel...Sad:mad:

Don't go overboard with the Nazi stuff. That can easily be mistaken for calling people on this board Nazis, whether that's your intent or not, doesn't matter-- ir should be retracted in any case.

Don't take it hard if your efforts have been unappreciated. At this point, most of us are anonymous, and we're talking about virtual people who themselves may not be real. Paranoia and a healthy skepticism should be the rule of the day when dealing with people on line unless you know them or they have been vouched for by someone you know. So don't take it to heart. This is an excellent blackjack site, I like to think the best, so if you're for real, bide your time and folks will come around in due time.

You won't see me in AC, because closer-by games in DEL and PA are far better, and the occasional good game in AC is not worth the extra mileage. The only thing I regret is losing the easy free rooms and the easy food and merchandise comps. Some places in PA and DEL have rooms, too, and several are easy one-day commutes. For me, AC is a thing of the past, at least, until their games get better or the other games closer-by get worse.

Good luck and good cards. I'm sure out paths will cross in AC some day. And keep on posting. I've enjoyed your posts.

Hold up there chuckles, I never backed off any accusation. I never accused you at all....just questioned you....which by the way you never answered. I don't care who or what you are one way or the other, and if someone feels they are gaining anything from your "advice" that speaks volumes as to who you are reaching. Most of what I read from you is just a bunch of poorly coded babble that is so generic or even false if it does anyone any good, then maybe they just don't know what good is. Your obsession with AC and its games is kind of disturbing IMO. Your precious gems on tipping and insider personnel info is just priceless......in a comedic entertainment value sort of way. And again I ask you on your penetration friendly suggestions, what do you consider to be good or even decent penetration?

You claim to know me.....highly unlikely.....because if you did, you would damn well know that I have enjoyed swooping in occasionally and beating the snot out of your precious playground and its crap but unprotected games for years. And surprisingly I have separated the casinos from their cash without adhering to one bit of the voodoo and nonsense you preach here constantly. Hey but keep on giving your weather reports, overtipping advice, holecarding watchgaurd advice, coded casino intelligence awareness data, and all other things that sound like they came out of Catching Card Counters For Dummies book for casinos. By the way, AC every once in a while has some serious opportunities, none of which thankfully make your list.

Abenzio was a straight up cat, casino employee or not.

CP
I agree. But Abenzio was the only one with a similar name who was commenting on the Hilton DD game. Albenzio doesn't exist, and I have good reason to believe Albee cannot be Tico.

AC always has some serious opportunities, for people who know what they are doing and aren't so mentally unstable.
I hope I am not mentally unstable, but I am quite limited in my AP abilities, so for me, AC is a tough nut to crack. I have been modestly successful there, but I find it increasingly more difficult due to the lack of 6-deck at the lower limit games I prefer, and due to poorer pen than I experienced there in years past. I do my best in AC when I play 6-deck, $25 games, but I prefer not to risk that much bankroll for the little I play.
