There is more and more online casinos allowing baccarat for fullfilling wage requirements, as blackjack games still only still being fraction of the wage requirements. Ive never played baccarat and would like to know if this game would make sense to play? And Is there a basic strategy to follow? Thanx for the help.

Yes, baccarat would probably be a good choice for most bonus requirements, if it is allowed. Historically, most bonuses have prohibited baccarat, presumably to prevent a player from betting on both player and banker at the same time, limiting risk. It is worth noting that this strategy results in the same expected loss as the equivalent total action on banker and player, but it eliminates the variance.

The basic strategy for baccarat is very simple... Always bet banker.

The house edge on the banker bet with a 5% commission on winning bets is 1.06%. The player bet has a house edge of 1.24%.
