"Next Time We Have to Call the Police"

I had been kicked out of this joint about a year ago and decided I'd go there again see what the conditions were. When I was kicked out over a year ago I was not read the trespassing act or anything like that. I was just asked not to play any of their 21 games.

Anyway I sit down at their double deck and am pulled over by the pit after 30 min of play.
PC- "You know you can't play double deck. Don't do that again next time, or else were gonna have to call the police for trespassing."

I just shrugged it off and left. Is there really a legitimate claim here to have the police called? Again this time he did not read me the trespassing act, just said I couldn't play the 21 games.

Whats the rule here?

No basis for calling police. They were just messin with you.
"The rule" is: You must try a little harder to be someone else when you go back to an unfriendly joint. And never cop to it. zg

Truth is I don't plan on going back there anyway. The conditions have gotten worse, and there are much much better joints with much much better rules and pen and no heat. I was just curious if there was basis for the threat.

No. If you were not told to leave the premises, there is no basis for even calling the police, and if they did call the police the cops would not appreciate being told that they wanted you removed from the DD BJ table and moved over to the craps table. Either you are welcome on the premises, or you are not.

A place told me that they had the cops upstairs watching me right now because I got nailed holecarding, and that the police are called every time I enter the property.

It's nothing more then an intimidation tactic to try to get you to not come back.

L O L Cops in surveillance. No way.

Yep, they supposedly had cops staring at me on the monitors upstairs.

You'd think if the casino is gonna bullshit you they'd make it remotely believable. Guess not.

I'm not so sure I disbelieve it. People love to show off for and please cops so it wouldn't surprise me if surveillance thought you were HC, called the cops, invited them into the surveillance room and tried to convince the cops that you are a criminal and that they deserve their Junior Detective badges.

This happened in a place that's run by people who are partially competent. They didn't call the cops, they were just trying to scare me into not coming back. I still play there all the time.
