Well I have read that if you have a 1000 unit bankroll and play a 1 - 10 spread your ror is around 2 %? Is that close or did I misunderstand something?
It depends entirely on the game, style, pen, when you bet how much etc. etc.

1000 units could be 36% in a 4/6 game but only 13% in a the same game but 5/6 pen.

There's no rule of thumb. Except maybe, more units is better than fewer units lol.

Your actual R.O.R. is a complicated matter with a bunch of variables to juggle;

Actually only 2 variables - EV per round and SD per round. OK 3 - number of units in roll too lol.

It's a very simple matter - the only hard part is knowing your EV and SD.

And the fact that my game is a 6 decker would probably decrease the ror but the H 17 and no surrender would bring it back up to the sameish level i'm assuming?

So now that we have that statistic out there.. does anyone have any ideas how much the ROR is going to go up if you have three hands of 5-50 being spread?
You'd have to specify alot more than that lol.

SD is about 1.52 for 3 hands I think. So if you spread $10 to 3 hands your SD would be 10*sqrt(3)*1.52 or $26.32. If you bet $30 on one hand it would be 30*1.15=$34.50.
