While waiting to catch a bus to go to AC, I'm eating some food when a homeless man approaches me asking for some money so he could buy some food at Burger King.

Now this isn't so odd but what I did find to be kind of sad was that it was 85 degrees or something and here you have a homeless man wearing a Bally's Casino (AC) jacket, many miles from the place that very well could have made him homeless.

Now that ladies and gentlemen is great marketing for Bally's :whip::laugh:

Gary Loveman, Harrah's CEO

I recall those commercials when Harrah's was trying to promote "responsible gaming" and pissing away a few dollars to try and show the general public how they "care" (purely for image purposes and not because they ACTUALLY care) similar to Kathy and Frank Gifford setting up a filmshoot in which they are walking around the sweatshop working 12 year old kids in a third world country and passing out 20 dollar bills for damage control after the public found out about the operation. Gary Loveman would get up there and say, "You shouldn't gamble if you are depressed... You shouldn't gamble if you are mentally disturbed, etc. etc."

I have a new one!!!hahahaha Gary Loveman could get out there and be saying, "You shouldn't gamble if are totally crazy... You shouldn't gamble if you are having debt issues, blah blah blah" then THIS guy walks up in his Bally's jacket, looking rough, hair matted down with all appearances of not having bathed for a few weeks or whatever and pan-handles Gary for a few bucks and in closing Gary says, "... and you shouldn't gamble if you are THIS GUY because he is an idiot and we cleaned him out for every penny he had!" The guy persists in asking Gary for $3.00 with a pleading look on his face and Gary says, "Get the f*ck away from me you bum; Somebody haul this guy out of here and throw his ass out onto the street!"

This would make for an enjoyable Saturday Night Live skit....
