Without a doubt: The Poker Tournament Formula by Arnold Snyder. zg
that's not a very good book. It only teaches you how to beat short format live daily tournaments, and even that is debatable. he advises to always raise any two cards when on the button, almost mechanically. he advises to steal at all times vs. only stealing when the blinds are high, or when you have a tight passive player in the SB/BB. then he claims that ultra short format live tourneys are unbeatable which isn't true. by his own PF formula, ultra short tourneys(ones with 15min levels and/or very short stacks) are equivalent to online SNGs. with which, you can read Colin Moshman's book "SNG poker strategy" not a great book, but at least way better than Snyder's book.
there was also his famous flaming thread on 2+2 between him and Malmuth. he also talked $hit about sklansky and harrington. I kinda lost respect for him after I read those threads.
