In no particular order: Shuffle tracking, sequencing, steering, hole carding, couponomy, comp counting, backlining, sorting, scavenger plays and side bets. There are other techniques as well but that should cover the basics.

For argument's sake...could you put them in order from strongest to weakest...assuming the player is perfectly skilled.

There are just too many variables that affect each strategy. Each style has its own variations as well so a side-by-side comparison is not very practical. Perhaps a better comparison would be the frequency of opportunity?
