BJ in my town

#1
Hi
I bellieve i have a very special situation in the casino in my town.

The rules are:
6 decks (66% penetration-but i know one dealer and she said if i want to
she can insert the cut card lower for me)
DAS
Stand on S17
Double any two cards
No peek-its Europe-but there is a hole card
Insurance on ace
Split any two cards with the same value
I don't know about resplitting pairs yet
Bets are 5-100€
And the best thing: They offer surrender right after you receive your
cards (i guess in my case (no peek) early and late surrender are the same)

I intend to learn the basic strategy for a game like this from:
http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bjbse.php?numdecks=6+decks&soft17=s17&dbl=all&das=yes&surr=es&peek=no

Is this ok?
This page tells me that i actually have a 0.08% edge over the house just
like that without counting-but another page tells me my edge would be a healthy 0.20% but i guess early surrender can have a
different effect on peek games-but i don't really see how.

Is this game really -EV for them????

They seem to be oblivious to the fact that their game is -EV for them if
u play perfect BASIC strategy without counting at all.
They have never thrown out someone because they counted - i guess it
never happened yet since counting is totally unknown in our country and
i guess in Europe in general.
The comment was if u want to count you are welcome to do so-you wont be
able to remember all the cards anyway :).

One problem is that usually only one BJ table is available so i cant
stand up when the count drops and go to another one.

Well i thought id become profficient in Hi/Lo counting-i would not like
to learn some super tough counting system for now.

I thought that since you have to stand up in a 0.5% edge table when the
count drops to -1 i could stay here a bit longer.

My questions are:
-what is my expected value per bet with these rules with and without
counting?
-what should be my bankroll?

I am a mathematician so don't be afraid to use any kind of formulas or
equations in your answer.

Thank you

It's actually +0.126083457510879% for the player with perfect TD basic strategy if they offer full early surrender. I'd check to see if you can surrender against ace though because it might be ES10 which is against all upcards except A. If it's ES10 then the EV is -0.26466675674801%

Using a spread from 5-50 and if you are allowed full early surrender
Win rate: 5.35
TBA: .672
IBA: .773
Score. 23.71

If You can get the dealer to increase the pen to 75% your win rate goes up to 8.35

If you are only allowed to early surrender on 10
Win rate: 4.45
TBA: .559
IBA: .643
Score: 16.42

I think it's bigger than a .8 % advantage off the top. Anyways, this is a totally awesome game, and you should learn the index plays for early surrender and kill it.

You have a disadvantage!

You have a disadvantage of .37% if you can't draw to split aces and .20% if you can. That being said I can't find the early surrender rule this is plugging it in with late surrender. Oh and I'm assuming you lose all bets including doubles or splits to a dealer blackjack if you don't lose everything to a dealer blackjack your disadvantage is .08%. The casino can afford to offer you such a low house edge because they expect you to make mistakes. The house espects to make about 2% or more of everything wagered on that game.
However if you are a card counter you could overcome that disadvantage if you are really good. Penetration always varies from cut to cut so I don't know how you can say 66% penetration. Card counting works like this bet more when you see a lot of little cards come out of the shoe and bet less when you see a lot of 10's and aces come out of the shoe. Pick up the book Playing blackjack as a business to start.
