My first online casino experience

I set up Casino-On-Net yesterday and deposited $200US, for a bonus of $200, so my balance started at $400. WR of $4000. House edge of .38%

I started out betting $4 as advised, and to my wonder I got a perfect DD opportunity first up, and another, and then a 3card 21, then another DD. I won all. Nice start, and my confidence is up.

I went up and stayed up around $450-500 balance for a while, betting $5 mostly, and then I had a slump and went below $400 for the first and only time, down to the $390s. I then had another surge and went back up to around $500, but then it just kept getting better. I was betting $10 hands by this time I think. Fairly quickly I got up over $600. After a while another slump and I went back below $500 and I thought I was going to lose it all, but then another surge again and its over $600, and then approaching $700.

Peak was $696. At $617 I stopped and worked out I had met the Wagering Requirement.

As a distraction, I had been keeping track of my position on their promotional 'Blackjack League'. Top50 each day get:
1st - $400
Next 2 - $100
Next 15 - $50
Next 32 - $25

I was positioned around 12 for a while, but dropped back in the teens. This was early morning US time I think so I expected to be overtaken.
This afternoon after arriving at work I was positioned 54th I think.
I decided to play with the $17 part of my $617, and try to get onto the Top50, and also raise my wagering total for cover. I believe I made it, as I raised my balance to $664.5, and was positioned in the top50 at the end of the day(I think). Yet to confirm.

So a profit of US$460 (after I wasted the $4.50. Damned slots!), plus a possible $25 more. Not bad for my first online casino bonus play.

Thanks to LeonShuffle for helping me through it all; it was reassuring having someone to chat with who'd been there before. Thanks mate.

Glad I could help Aussie. Although it's hard to lose money on a good deal like that unless you really get carried away. It's a shame there aren't many more good bonuses like that one. You've still got a few more to do though.

Sadly I lost the bonus at casino-on-net aka 888 casino. I was betting $3-4/hand and lost my entire bonus in an evening. I hadn't even got close to meeting the WR so I withdrew my remaining $200 which was my original deposit. In the end I lost about $2 to some sort of processing fee. Though I've done well at almost every online casino I played at that one had to be my worst luck, but I'm glad everyone else is doing well.

How old are you Aussie? You and I are probably the youngest two.

Bad luck mate, sorry to hear. I suppose it can happen though; my winning $260 on top of the bonus proves that to me; it could easily have gone the other way.
I'm hoping that this good win will more than cover me for the rest of my bonus adventures(any losses).

I'm 22 years young. 23 in Feb. How bout you?

I finally got my money into casino-on-net tonight, $200 + $200 bonus just like you. I got carried away at the beginning and lost $100. I lost 2 hands betting $25 & I had 20 both times. I slowed it down and somehow got it back up to $440. I still need another $1000 betting before I can cash out. The minimum before you can cash out is $2000 if you deposited $200, right? ANy other reccommened casinos with nice bonuses like this one i should try? This was my first time playing BJ online.

Bad luck on the bid hand losses, but good comeback.

I also lost all 3 of 3 hands of $30. My advice to you is to bet $3-5 only, don't be tempted to bet bigger, it will increase your chances of losing it all. Even when I was up at nearly $700 balance I bet only $10, after those $30 losses.

I think the wagering requirement is double that, $4000.

I read the rules and it is 20x the bonus. I read it was 10x the bonus from (Dead link: http://www.bewisebets.co.uk/casino/) I guess this site is outdated.

Good point. Anytime you read somewhere what a certain casino bonus is, make sure you read the actual terms and conditions because a lot of them have changed.

Bonus bonus!

Yeah!

After a couple of hours of playing Casino-On-Net, I noticed a Blackjack League that they run on the site. Its something they're doing from Jan 19-24.
Qoute:Your skills at the table (as a factor of the number of hands you played, your overall profit, and overall bets) will determine your position or ranking.
The top 50 players of EACH tournament day will be awarded with bonuses as follows:
1st - $400
Next 2 - $100
Next 15 - $50
Next 32 - $25

Anyway, I'd done quite well and was up over $200 on top of my $200 bonus, so I checked it out. I was positioned 12th, so in line for $50. At the end of my night's play (but still only 0800hrs or so on the casino's clock), I was still in the teens, and I had met my WR. Balance was $617.
Next day when I got to work I checked it out again, and was down to 54th. I decided to have a go with the $17 part of $617, and got up to $660, and I believe I got up to around 46th.

I just found out I did in fact get there, and I got $25 deposited into my balance. Now I just have to figure out if this is free money or if its sticky or if theres a WR or what.

Its only $25, but it feels good to win something for being a "good player", if getting lucky while playing BS makes me a good player.

When I withrdew my money form Casino-on-net it took almost a week to get it in my neteller account but after a couple days if I logged into Casino-on-net it said the transaction was approved. I don't think you have anything to worry about...at least not yet;)

I haven't cashed out yet.

I deposited with my Credit Card, so its a little harder(or more expensive) for me to get my money out.
I don't mind though, I'm up about US$680 from the two casinos I've played at, so if it cost me a bit or takes a week or so I don't really care that much.

Despite being very reputable, Casino-On-Net has one of the longest normal payout process of any place. It'll take a week usually.
