Single Play Coupons

I'm sent coupons, similar to match play. The coupon can only be used once. On a win, I receive the amount of money the coupon is worth, and the ticket is confiscated. However on a loss or even a push, the coupon is confiscated. I know from this fact that in blackjack, the coupon is worth less than half its face value. What would be the most +ev casino table game to place this bet on?

e.g.) Say the ticket is worth $25. On a loss or push, the ticket is taken away and I receive $0. On a win, the ticket is confiscated and I receive $25.

The difference between your money and this coupon is: You lose the coupon on a win and a push. So simply avoid games where you often win or push.

Look for a high payout game without pushes. House edge is not that important. I would put it on a number bet on roulette.
