I found the following blackjack game: 6D, DAS, ES10, ENHC, redouble allowed, BJ pays 3:2. The minimum bet $5 x 2 spots and the max bet is $100. Up to 7 spots can be played. The penetration is 3/6 or 50%.

Using Hi-Lo and $50k trip bankroll what bet ramp would you recommend? Any opinions about this game? It will have a higher variance than normal due to the redouble rule.

6d -0.54%
DAS +0.14
ES10 +0.24
ENHC -0.11
Redouble allowed +0.60

Player Advantage +0.33%

So you have an edge off the top. ES10 will keep your variance in check, but still, 50% pen, you're probably going to want to table max on 2 hands with any positive TC just to get some money out of it.

Some numbers from "Basic Blackjack" by Stanford Wong:

The variance is 1.43 with the redouble rule. Assume a trip bankroll of $50k and flat betting on neutral and positive counts. Player has +0.33% advantage off the top. Penetration is 3/6 or 50%.

$50000 * 0.33%/1.43 ==> $115 one spot full kelley, $78 x 2 spots full kelley

$100 * 2 spots * 0.33% * 100 rounds/hour ==> $66/ hour

Is the math correct? Worth the risk, time, and effort to play?

Should sim it to be sure !
You would need to alter your basic strategy in oder to take advantage of the redouble rule - and it would sure help a lot if the deck was hand shuffled.
