That's the only exception
(A,A)vT should still be split. When playing European No Hole Card rules, don't double or split anything against a dealer Ten or Ace... Except, still split Aces against a ten.
Basically, with the ten up, there's roughly a 1/13 chance of the dealer having blackjack. Splitting Aces is a strong enough play to make this worth the risk of losing both bets to a dealer blackjack.
