LV cutting back on floor supervisors

I have talked with a few dealers who say that on busy nights it slows things down considerably. Recently I was playing at a ha__ah's strip property and noticed that they had 1 floorperson for the whole pit. It was absolutely ridiculous. The dealers needed to yell super loud to be heard, which many of the dealers can't/don't want to do. This makes it painfully slow.

On the other hand though, less pit critters is great if you don't want them watching your play in the first place. If I had to choose one way or the other...I would probably pick less pit critters for this reason alone. It's really nice if you don't want to play rated, because the bosses really don't want to make tooooo much work for themselves lol.
