where? you mean the 15% service charge that was $35,000?

$192,000 for a bottle to be splashed onto fellow club patrons. what a waste.
It bought him a ton of publicity. It all depends on how he uses it for future endeavors. Endorsements, guest appearances, TV shows, a movie, etc.

At his age … At my age … if you have no debts — money has little value just sitting around earning interest or whatever.

Throwing a soiree and making a lot of peeps happy as can be is rewarding and warmly satisfying.

Look at it this way:

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with every intention of arriving safely in an attractive well-preserved body; but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and chocolate-dipped strawberries in the other; body thoroughly used up, totally worn out; screaming "Woo Hoo - What a Ride" !

The party cost him 2 bets.

As an AP, one of the skills of being successful is devaluing money. I sometimes find myself thinking of prices in terms of betting units or big blinds.

2 max bets? how much did it cost in terms of real EV gained?

I'm just saying, if I ever made a score that size, I wouldn't blow it on $200k champagne to pour on my friends. that lasts 5 minutes! at least $10k/night hookers for 20 friends would be more memorable.

Get Real !

Where do $10,000 a night hookers exist?

In minds warped by T.V. and Hollywood ?

I think that the ex-governor of N.Y.S. was

providing employment for N.Y.C.'s top talent;

but I think I recall reading that the litt'l darlin's were

compensated at the rate of $500 - $1,000 / encounter.

As for $5 hookers — Even a crack-whore needs to

charge several times that to "make ends meet"

To whom it may concern:

Don't listen to the advice here. I can get you a $10,000 hooker if you want one. PM me and I'll set it up. All transactions will be handled with discretion and total privacy.

Attention: FBI and law enforcement lurkers. I'm just kidding. :joker: ;)

The same place the $20 ones are. Just flash a wad of cash in front of them and any mangy street walker will turn into an "escort".
