$50 min reserved ?

I actually saw a $50 reserved at Mohegan Pocono during their opening week. I remember it pissed me off because the bleachers were crowded and I wanted to play HL. Given the crowds they had, it made no sense to have a $50 reserved game. They could have done $100 not reserved and had a full table.

Major casinos will not reserve a table for $50 or $100.

e.g. at Caesars in A.C. a reserved table requires $500 minimums, but I have seen it on rare occasion at $200 [when there is a group that the table is reserved for].

Getting a reserved table has nothing to do with the table minimum of that table.

Some high roller who bets 5K a hand can get a table reserved with a 10 minimum if they wanted to. Maybe they have a friend who doesn't really gamble with them who they want to share the table with.

If you're sitting there playing 2 x 500 (every hand) and ask them to reserve the table for you they'll probably just put up a reserved sign and the table limits will stay the same.
