As Kasi hinted, a lot of complications have developed for US players in the past 6 months. The majority of casinos do not allow US players any more. And withdrawals may be awkward for US players at casinos where US players are allowed. Having said that I am from the US, continue to gamble, and often receive cashouts with no unexpected delays.
Most Microgamings allow US players, but do not allow players from your state. So there are not many choices. Of the casinos that allow US players in your state, some of the better BJ bonuses are:
Players Only -- This casino only allows US players. They offer a monthly bonus of $200 with a 20xB wagering. Blackjack Switch is available, as well as traditional BJ. The expected gain is $180+.
Instant Action Sports -- 300% up to $300 with 40xB wagering on BJ. 30 days of play is required.
Winward -- A shady casino with rogue-like behavior... but an outstanding bonus. 100% up to $1000 with 24xB wagering on BJ. I gained over $1000 here.
If you don't care about bonuses or expected gain, I'd recommend Bodog above any other. US players have been reporting cashouts without issue. InetBet, Intertops (Intertops is only MG that allows Chicago players), and others are available.

I typically use Click2Pay. Click2Pay is clearly not a long-term solution as they do not allow new US registrations, and make both deposits & withdrawals from Click2Pay to your bank awkward. However, Click2Pay is available at nearly all casinos where I want to play, and my transfers between Click2Pay and casinos usually go through smoothly and quickly. So I never transfer money between Click2Pay and my bank. Instead I use gambling winnings to fund my account. If my winnings get large enough that I'd want to make a withdrawal, then I withdraw winnings via check/wire from casinos, rather than Click2Pay. In this way, I maintain a continual Click2Pay balance of $500 to $1000.
I believe Bodog now only offers the 10% bonus on your first deposit. Bodog is a great casino, but that's a terrible bonus. Wagering works out to 165xB... barely enough to squeak out an edge over the casino. Bodog uses its own financial processor -- Nucharge. I also use click2pay, since I had an account before the closed to new US customers.
I've processed a few wire withdrawals from them. Takes about a week, and I eat $12-$27 in fees each time, but it's better than leaving it all in there so it can get frozen like my neteller funds did.
I'd probably lean towards ecocard if setting up something new, although I'd have to check with the casinos to see if they supported it.

I was aware of that but unfortunately never opened a click2pay account. So now I can't.
Any deposit options for a new player who has never played before? Effectively that's what I am lol. What will u do when, excuse me I mean IF, u lose your click2pay balance?
I really don't feel like setting up off-shore accounts or buying pre-paid phone cards or all this other crazy stuff that pretty much tells me "Find a new job"
And once that 270 day period is up watch out! Might want to be all-in by then!
