So I found this website from a blackjackforumonline post and then this article apparently written by the president of World Game Protection Inc. I don't know about the company but it's website seems to be a forum for casino security people. He talks about the movie 21.

Is this guy serious about all this?

when the DVD comes out, it will be the cheapest training tool for casino staff on the market

But I think what I liked the most about 21 was that now we have something to help show the new breed CEO's of the casino world why blackjack deserves special attention and why we need more well trained people and quality information systems to protect against team play.

Blackjack is a unique casino game in terms of the skill factor and therefore more resources should be dedicated to monitoring it.
I'm skeptical to believe that casinos will start using "21" as a training tool, but can you imagine? "No sir obviously I'm not counting, her arms aren't crossed, and I'm not being a jackass".

Yeah i doubt that will be used as a training tool, wont effect anything really. Apart from quite afew more people wanting to card count. It is so easy to signal someone, the signal could be taking a 3 second sip from a drink rather than a quick 1 second one. It is really impossible to track teams unless you notice them 2-5 people always in the casino together at the same games etc. Spread out between different casinos and have different signals each time, but saying that, is there even anyone here who work as a team?

If anything the casinos will benefit from '21' the film as it has shown the idea of card counting to many unexperienced people around America (and other parts of the world' who did not know such techniques. Many of these people will be total idiots and will enter casinos thinking they are master card counters after practicing for a week and then loose more money than they win.

Luck is the residue of hard work.

That's bullshit. You don't learn anything by watching the movie.
I also believe that casino staff already knows a lot about card counting. They're at the tables EVERY NIGHT!
