When i was barred from Cortez after 4 hours of green play, the pitboss said i was the best counter he has ever seeen..and told me the cover moves he noticed and after giving up on playing dumb he told me other good casinos to count hah

Anyone else have similiar story about EC?

I could care less about being the best counter he's ever seen......I want to be the best counter he's NEVER seen.....

Tedsuxs... I think you are confusing the terms barred and backed off. You were just backed off. They wont remember you in time. As mentioned the place is a candy store for the lower stake players.

I concur it is a candy store. Don't bet like you just read a freakin blackjack book and you'll be fine.
But it gets much tougher as the stakes rise. As zg I believe once said, if you can play green at El Commode, you can bet black almost anywhere else.

For the red chipper the EC is a must-stop store. If you get barred, you need to reevaluate your playing style, unless you plan to play low stakes shoe games which need no cover forever.

I played here on my first, and only trip to vegas thus far and was surprised at how "unsweaty" this Spaniard was. Maybe it was because of the hour of day I went. But then again I never made a bet much bigger then $100, as any action over that does get quite the attention in this s**thole they call a casino.
