Well, I looked over it, and I don't agree with your "step 2" in which you have to raise or lower your bets (it's a progressive system, which doesn't change the house edge).

However, if they offer you a 400% sign up bonus, and allow you to cash out after a certain amount of time, it seems profitable.

The biggest question in my opinion is how much do you have to wager of your $500 total (just using the example from your website) before you're allowed to cash out??

If you have to wager $1000, and the house edge is 1%, for example, then on average you'll lose $10. So your average profit would be (Sign up Bonus - $10). Seems like it could be profitable.

Also, you mention the cool cat casino but do other people agree it's a "legit" and "reputable" online casino?
