is the one that's $90 the best one to get?

Thanks!
That is the practice software yes. At a later point in your career, you may want the simulation software too (CVCX & CVData). It's up to you to decide if you want to buy some now and some later, or buy them all bundled together at a cheaper rate.

Just so that you know, there are over 100, 000 posts in this forum, it might be a bit hard for me to read all of them.
Also, I know basic strategy, and I know that in most games the casino edge is less then one percent, so it's not like I "would get my clock clean" I'm young, not stupid. So thanks for assuming that I know nothing. And you could tell me that it would be best to read 2 or 3 books on the subject so that I would be more knowledgeable on the subject and maybe suggest one. But telling me that I'm going to get killed without one is not only an over-exaggeration, but also not that helpful. So thanks for all your help.
I'm sorry that I let my anger get the best of me. I guess I did just want the easy answers, and I can see how that would get annoying after time. Thank you again to anyone that answered. I have a lot of work set out for me. So sorry and thanks.

Ok, so I found the I18 index and the fab 4 index, and it talks about an Index Value, is this just the TC or is it a side count value. and if it's a side count, how would i count it?
Also, just some terms,
OP
CSM
AC (I feel as though i saw this, but maybe not)

And finally, two more things
1. Are there any milestones/ways to know that I am actually getting better
and
2. Not that it really matters but how do you make a signature

Thanks in Advance.
This is the what I used as my first book. Maybe you might like it too.

Also you must look at these charts and graphs hundreds of times each. I think to be a form of identic memory technique. Commit them to memory. Me I know basic strategy so well I can tell you every move to make in 2 minutes. That is how well you should know basic strategy. No breaks constantly use your speech. There many ways. Get a deck and start with high negative and positive counts and count down deck so that you might get used to such situations.

All together in my time to think of blackjack knowledge I think since you have only but 2 years till you are at 18, you should have at least 1 hour of practice each night. Totaling hundreds of hours in next 2 years. That much practice will make your play too strong with the casinos at first. You will have to learn to back off a bit. Scout out your enemy figure out that his weaknesses, everything you can think of profiting off of his mistakes. You must do. Thinking this far out side the box will allow you to play a smaller spread should you become more advanced. Giving you mathematical cover. Longevity is key. Read every chapter like a book itself, read it many times. Get information on he more technical ways to play that are in the book from other sources. Start a blackjack librari. Might have a blackjack library when all is has been said and done worth thousands U.S. But the positive e.v. one can get will be so just so many greater if all aspects of the game are looked like the subjects in the schooling. If you want to get a 100% on everything you your reading has to be a lot. And you must figure out how to test yourself. I have many methods. I must go now. 90210 is coming on. Number 1 new show.
