Heat on a cruise ship

Shipboard Casino Operations

We have cruised many times (17 at last count) and I have found out that ALL Casinos aboard ALL Cruise Ships are operated as Concessions and the Manager of the Gambling Concession has TOTAL rights to operate the Casino
and to welcome or ban anyone for any reason from the well defined boundaries of the Casino Itself. Appeals to the Captain or Ships Crew will get you nowhere when it comes to casino matters.

Perhaps you are like me a cruiser, going under the guise of a gambler. I have been on the Star Cruises ships for 70 times in the last 3 years.
Yes the casino on their ships do not report to the hotel manager unlike all the other depatrtments on the ship.
What ships are you on and how are the Comps to enable you to go on the ship that often.

Caveat Emptor

Cruises have the right to bar you from their BJ Tables.
One of the major cruise lines has plaques on the wall warning you that not only can you be barred but your winnings will be confiscated.

Besides that, game conditions tend to be poor. Never good. After all they have no competition. You are a captive audience.
