No offense to bjcardcounter, but I find this thread pretty irrelivent. If you are doing things correctly these big winning sessions are going to happen. It's the reason we sit through neutral and/or negative counts and wong in and out and run around table hoping. :) Big losing sessions are going to happen as well. :( Neither matter much really. Just short term fluctuation. I try not to dwell on either. I am more interested in what happens over 30,000, 50,000 or 100,000 hands.

I personally would be more interested in how people handle the end of such a session or shoe. Particularly a shoe. Such a great session loses some of it 'glory' if you are not welcome back to play their again, tomorrow or next week.

Come on, everyone loves bragging!

I think I won 10% of my bankroll in a shoe one time, I also won 10% of my bankroll in a craps game with a matchplay, and I've spread 1-60. Oh, and I got backed off in 10 minutes one time.

Best and worst

All of your sessions will be below your best session ever.
You will always play under the shadow of your best, so dwelling on the best session will actually make you sad.
Now,... get this. All of your sessions will be above your worst.
Once you hit the cold bottom, all your sessions will seem like a walk in the park.
Now here's another thought. It's possible that your best and your worst is yet to come. Alright! Oh no! LOL!!!
