Sometimes I find blackjack games with a slight player advantage but terrible penetration. When do you through the towel in and say its not worth it?

Any recommendations on the following game: 6d, ES, DAS, NRSA, ENHC, Casino Early Surrender, BJ pays 3:2. The Casino Early Surrender is also allowed if the dealor has a blackjack.

Penetration is about 3/6 or 50%. Min bet is $5 and max bet is $50. Up to 7 spots can be played.

Player has $50k trip bankroll and uses Hi-Lo. What bet ramp would you recommend for this game? How many spots would you play on high counts?

6d -0.54%
DAS +0.14
ENHC -0.11
ES +0.60
Casino Early Surrender +0.175

Player's Advantage +0.265 %

For optimal Kelly betting, note that your CEV is pretty much half your EV. Hence, if you can make twice the hourly rate you could earn elsewhere, you can start to consider playing. Everything else is a waste of time.
