How does ability/inability to re-split aces affect this website's basic strategy?

Hey Everyone,

I am looking at the basic strategy engine on this site, but it does not have an option for whether or not the game allows you to re-split aces. Do you know what the basic strategy engine assumes? I have an upcoming Vegas trip and according to http://wizardofvegas.com/guides/blackjack-survey/?sort=min&dir=asc, casinos are roughly 50/50 whether or not you can re-split aces.

If this website's basic strategy engine assumes you CAN re-split aces, how does basic strategy change if the game does not allow it? Vice versa, if the engine assumes you CANNOT re-split aces, how does basic strategy change if it is allowed?

The specific basic strategy chart I am memorizing is 6 decks, hit soft 17, double any 2 cards, DAS allowed, and late surrender.

I appreciate any help. Thanks!

RSA rule would not have any effects on your playing strategy for a basic strategy player, (it will change the house edge), because for a basic strategist you always split your aces, the only time you dont split your aces is for a european no hole card game with a dealer showing an ace in this case you would hit.

pretty sure there is no change in basic strategy for either case,
if you pick up MGP's BJCA Combinatorial Analyzer http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bb/showpost.php?p=243538&postcount=1 you can compare the two scenarios.

Refraining from splitting, (no less re-splitting) Aces is a good idea with a
True Count that is seriously negative and the dealer has turned up an Ace.

The correct index for a "risk-averse" player would probably be
−4 for a Level One count and −6 for a Level Two count.

The better risk averse move is wonging out.

I was once playing a DD game with a highly neg count and wonging out wasn't an option Hit my AA and wound up with a 7 card 21
